- Our legal grounds for processing your data is to provide you with the services you request, such as availability enquiries or making a booking. Any use of your data for marketing / newsletters will be by your explicit consent.
- We will also provide such information as necessary to our bookings partners (Hoseasons, Waterways Holidays) to enable them to complete their obligations.
- We will not provide your information to other third parties, unless required to by law.
- We may transfer some of your data internationally, should it be needed at our overseas holiday base to fulfill the services you have requested

Napton Narrowboats, the trading name of Metalacre Ltd. takes your privacy seriously.
When someone visits our websites, we collect standard internet log information and details of visitor page use patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We collect this information in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally identifying information from other sources.
If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be clear about this, and will only do so to answer your questions or booking enquiries, EG. Using the address you provide to send a brochure, or an email address or phone number to confirm availability or make a booking for you.

Information provided by you when making an enquiry?
What information we hold about you.
- Name, address, telephone numbers, email address(es). If applicable, which advertising source led to your contact with us.
- If you book a holiday with us, we will also collect information pertaining to the booking, such as number of adults / children in the party and any special requirements.
- Payment data (EG, credit card details) are only used to process your payments, and not stored. Paper records of any payment data, such as on a booking form are shredded once payment is taken.
What we do with this information and how we process it.
- Data is stored on our in-house private servers for our own use.

- We will use your data to provide the services you require, such as sending you brochures, emailing booking confirmations and payment reminders.
